We started our love affair with Arabians at a horse show in 1984. Our first mare was Crabbet breeding, in foal to a Gainey-bred stallion. We were introduced to Straight Egyptian Arabians at a workshop at Imperial Egyptian Stud in 1988. We loved, leased, and later purchased our stallion, Imperial ImSirdar (Ansata Imperial x Imperial Sonbesjul). We’ve met many friends through the Pyramid Society and our 2007 trip to Paris for the Salon Du Cheval. Happily, our Laheeb daughter Cedars Bellavia (x Cedars KenyaCatchMe by Botswana) is producing gorgeous babies for Mariani Arabians in Italy. Our True Colours daughter, Cedars Amirat Al Alwan (x CDRS Farah Moniet by Imperial ImSirdar) went to Qatar. Now, in 2024, we stand Sirdar’s son Cedars Mojave, multi champion show horse in hand. As we prepare to retire, after 40 years, we explore options to lease Mojave or his daughter Cedars Rajat Al Oumr (Rajaa) (x Cedars Rajiyyah by Makhsous).
